Product Description:
This is a 4K UHD Sony IMX586 image sensor 48MP FPC camera module, compact imaging solution specifically designed for wide-area high-definition imaging needs. It is core-equipped with the Sony IMX586 CMOS sensor, and by virtue of the flexible substrate characteristics and high-specification imaging parameters, it can be adapted to various narrow or irregular-shaped installation scenarios. The module features 48MP ultra-high pixel resolution and supports stable output of 4K@30FPS ultra-high-definition videos, meeting the requirements for detailed image recording. With a sensor size of 1/2 inch and a single-pixel specification of 0.8μm x 0.8μm, it also integrates Quad Bayer 4-pixel binning technology, which can dynamically merge pixels into 1.6μm large pixels, balancing high resolution and low-light sensing performance. In terms of functions, it comes standard with High Dynamic Range (HDR) and Phase Detection Autofocus (PDAF), capable of handling complex scenarios with large light-dark contrast and meeting the needs of fast target locking.
The lens system adopts a 6-element (6P) optical structure design, with an Effective Focal Length (EFL) of 3.574mm and an aperture specification of F2.8±5%. Combined with an ultra-wide field of view (FOV) of 120° diagonally (D120°), 96° horizontally (H96°), and 73.8° vertically (V73.8°), it can achieve wide-area image coverage. Meanwhile, the distortion is controlled within a low range of -14.2%, avoiding stretched and distorted edge images. The focusing method adopts a manual focusing design, suitable for precise parameter setting in fixed scenarios. Data transmission is realized through a universal MIPI CSI-2 interface for high-speed and stable interaction. In the production process, it integrates Surface Mount Technology (SMT, compliant with ROHS) placement process, Chip-on-Board (COB) high-integration process, and Active Alignment (AA) precision calibration process, balancing environmental friendliness, miniaturization, and imaging consistency.
